Мои маленькие результаты, с тех пор, как я вновь начала активно худеть.
За 11 дней мне удалось скинуть около шести кило. Но это ещё не самое крутое. Самое потрясающее, это мое утреннее взвешевание. Я такую цифру не наблюдала пять лет(!!!) пять! Все оказалось так просто!
Продолжаю упорно трудится и стараться, хотя с каждым днем вес уходит все неохотнее.
Написать то написала, а вот сказать где это чудо взять почти забыла.
